As CEO, Andy's focus is on improving the performance of the fiberglass material business for the benefit of customers, employees and the local community. She believes that the fiberglass materia deserves sustainable production and value-added packaging. Andy has established himself as a strong and successful leader, becoming COO in 2010 and taking a leadership role in the development of the Yuniu fiberglass in Xingtai, Hebei, China.
Before assuming this role, she was a committed leader and an easy-going mentor to all Yuniu. Today, she is building a supply chain to better serve our customers, and she is leading the local economy through significant organic and acquisition-based growth.
