Do you know why our mat can save more resin 25% resin?
Firstly, Fiberglass chopped roving cutted into certain length 5cm , and then spread out randomly but evenly, can combine with the binder like Emulsion and Powder ,and rolling into the mat roll, spreading evenly helps the felt and resin to combine better, and some customers feedback to us that some supplier’s mat is not even, so when combine resin, it will cost more resin.
