PP composite material is a material composed of GF and PP resin. The plate parts mainly include: surface treatment of felt materials, decoration and selection of non -woven fabrics, heating melting plate pressure or roller pressure and cutting edges.


The main steps of the traditional foundation part are as follows:

Open the bag. The fiber purchased on the market is generally bags and compressed. It needs to be opened by a charter to make most of the block or ductive fibers decompose and discrete into flocculent or bundle. Then transport it to the next process.
