Use requirements
1. Hand -shaped forming: Hand paste forming process is the main way to produce the production of glass fiber reinforcement in my country. Glass fiber short -sized felt, continuous felt and sewing felt can be used for manpower molding process. The use of sewing felt can reduce the number of layers and improve the efficiency of hand -paste operation. However, because the sewing felt contains more chemical fiber sewing lines, the bubbles are not easy to drive. The glass fiber reinforcement products are more needle -like air bubbles, and the surface feels rough and not smooth. In addition, the messenger is stitched with heavy fabrics, and the molding properties are shorter and the felt. When making a complex product, it is easy to form an empty hole in the curved place. Hand paste forming process requires that the felt slices have the characteristics of fast resin dipping rate, easy to eliminate bubbles and good modeling.
2. Pull squeezing forming: Pulling the forming process is one of the main uses of continuous felt and sewing felt. Generally, it is mostly used with unwanted coarse yarn composite. Using continuous felt and sewing felt as a crowded product can significantly improve the ring and horizontal intensity of the product and prevent the product from cracking. Pulling the forming process requires that the fiber distribution is uniform, high tensile resistance, fast resin penetration rate, good softness and modeling, and felt chips should have a certain continuous length.
3.RTM: Resin transmission mold molding (RTM) is a method of closing mold modeling. It is composed of two semi -molds and a pressure pump and injection gun in the yin model and yang model, without the need to press the press. The RTM process usually uses continuous felt and sewing felt instead of short -cut felt. It is required to have the characteristics of the felt slices that are easy to be soaked by the resin, good breathability, good resin tolerance, and good modeling.
4. Wind winding process: short -cut felt and continuous felt, which is used for richer lipid layers that are mainly used as products, including the inner lining layer and the outer surface layer. The requirements of the winding fiber felt are basically similar to that of the glass fiber felt.
5. Corporation of centrifugal casting: Usually short -cut felt as raw materials. Put the short -cut felt in the mold in advance, then add the resin to the rotating opening mold cavity, and discharge the bubbles through centrifugal to make the product dense. It is required to have the characteristics of easy permission and breathability.
